Deposits and Fees
Monthly sewer and trash fee per unit $10
Application Fee (per application, non-refundable) $40
Reservation Deposit ($200 refundable at move out) $500
**Pet Deposit ($250 refundable) $500
Month to Month Lease premium (after initial lease) $150

*Full payment must be received no later than 9:00 am on the first day of the month to qualify as early.

**Weight of animal as adult must not exceed 60 pounds.
Non refundable fee of $40 per application plus $500 deposit required to reserve apartment. Should rental application be denied, deposit will be returned within 30 days. Flexible lease options. Co-signers are not accepted. Applicants must gross at least three times the base rent to qualify. Occupancy maximum is two persons in a one bedroom including children or four persons in a two bedroom including children. Rent prices and policies subject to change without notice. Proof of renters insurance is required within 14 days of move in. Brickyard Apartments conducts business in accordance with city, state and federal laws including Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity Housing, FCRA and FACTA.
