WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED? Water is included with monthly rent.

HOW DO I MAKE A MAINTENANCE REQUEST? You can call the office at (309) 663-0061, call the maintenance line at (309) 664-1180, or fill out a request on our website under current residents

WHAT QUALITIFIES AS AN EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE REQUEST? An emergency requests consist of: • No water • No hot water • No heat when the temperature is below 60 degrees • No air conditioning when the temperature is above 80 degrees • Your refrigerator stops working • Your toilet overflows and water continues to run out • Your toilet is clogged and you have already plugged without success and only have one bathroom
• Your ceiling is leaking

WHERE IS YOUR OFFICE LOCATED? Brickyard Apartments is located at 20 Brickyard Dr. Bloomington, IL 61701. It is behind the Doubletree Hotel and TGI Fridays.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR EARLY PAY CREDIT? Pay rent in full before 9:00a.m. on the first of the month.

DO YOU ALLOW PET/WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY? We do allow cats and dogs up to 60 pounds. See our full policy here (link to pet policy)

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS? Yes, we offer online payment with credit and debit cards for your convenience.

IN WHICH SCHOOL DISTRICT ARE YOU LOCATED? District 87.

CAN I RENT THE CLUBHOUSE FOR A SPECIAL EVENT?Yes you can, please contact the office for details.

WHAT ARE YOUR APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS? All of our applicants must gross at least 3 times the prospective rent in order to begin the application process. Incomes may be combined. We do not accept co-signers.

HOW LONG ARE LEASE AGREEMENTS? We offer 6 month leases up to 24 month leases. Ask the office for the current lease terms!!

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR DEPOSITS? Reservation deposits are $500.00 ($200.00 is refundable at move out) and Pet deposits are $500.00 ($250.00 is refundable)

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS? Monday – Friday 9:00a.m.- 6:00p.m., Saturday 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m., and Sunday 11:00a.m.- 4:00p.m.

WHAT AMENITIES DOES THE PROPERTY OFFER? All apartments include: • Washer and Dryer • Dishwasher • Garbage Disposal and Automatic Icemakers • Balconies or patios with Private Storage Brickyard Property Amenities Include: • Seasonal Heated Swimming Pool and Spa • Gas Grill • Car Wash • 24 Hour Fitness Center • Clubhouse with Pool Table, Stereo, TV, Daily Newspaper, and Kitchen Area • Gated Community • Onsite Maintenance with 24 Hour Emergency Service

DO YOU OFFER THREE BEDROOM APARTMENTS? No, Brickyard does not offer three bedroom apartments, but we do have one and two bedroom apartments.

DO YOU OFFER FURNISHED/SHORT TERM APARTMENTS? Yes! We do require a minimum 60 to 90 day stay, call the office for details.

DO I NEED RENTER’S INSURANCE? Yes we require all residents to have renter’s insurance.

DO YOU OFFER GARAGES? Yes we offer remote access garages for an additional $80 per month, and key access garages for $55 per month.
