The Rosewood - $815-$840 per month

      You may take $10.00 off the above rates every month if rent is received before 9:00am on the 1st of the month...plus you will be automatically entered into our early bird monthly prize drawing!  We also have fresh doughnuts in the clubhouse on the last day of every month as a "thank you" to our early birds.

Apartments that run the higher price are on the top floor and include a vaulted ceiling and/or gas fireplace.  We also offer remote control garages for $80/month and key access garages for $55/month.

*Cats and dogs under 35lbs at adult weight are accepted.  The $500.00 total fees may be paid in installments of $100 per month for the first 5 months.

We offer a 6, 9 or 12 month leases.  Month to month leases are available after the first lease term has been fulfilled with an additional $150 monthly premium at current market rate.

Non refundable application fee of $40 per application for each person 18 years or older plus non refundable redecoration/cleaning/admin fee of $300 required to reserve an apartment.  Applicants must gross at least three times the base rent (combined) to begin application process.  We do not accept co-signers.  Criminal background checks are also processed, previous felony records will result in automatic application denial. Credit reports will be reviewed.  Rent prices and policies subject to change without notice.  Proof of renter's insurance required within 14 days of move in.
