Non refundable fee of $40 per application plus $500 deposit required to reserve apartment.  Should rental application be denied, deposit will be returned within 30 days. Flexible lease options are 6 month minimum and may not expire in November, December, or January.  Co-signers are not accepted.  Applicants must gross at least three times the base rent to qualify. Occupancy maximum is two persons in a one bedroom including children or four persons in a two bedroom including children. Rent prices and policies subject to change without notice.  Proof of renters insurance is required within 14 days of move in.
