The following methods of payment are accepted:
A return check fee of $50 will be charged by RentDues.com if your check is returned by the bank for the following reasons:
        a. Insufficient Funds
        b. Incorrect Account Number / Unable to locate

Convenience Fees will apply to online payments. 
$1.50 to pay via eCheck or 3-5% for credit/debit card payments.  These rates are set by RentDues.com and may change without notice.
